• Exclude, within 24-48 hours before collection of material, douching, the introduction of drugs into the vagina, tampons.

• Observe sexual rest within 24-48 hours before collection.

• Material is not taken during menstruation, it is recommended to take the sampling prior to menstruation or 2 days after its termination.

• The material must be collected before bimanual examination and advanced colposcopy.

The men

• Avoid urination for 2-3 hours.
